How much does it cost to participate?
|
| There is no registration or appointment cost. however, you are responsible for your own travel arrangements-flights, hotels, meals, etc. |

Is there a special room rate?

| No, there are no special room rates given. |

| No, you will be responsible for your own meals. |

How do I participate?
|
| If you are not a current vendor of CVS and you have not met with CVS in the past 12 months, you may fill out the questionnaire in Step 1 on the site (after logging in using your user name and password). After you hit submit, CVS will notify you within 7 days if you will receive and appointment. At that time you will be given a date and time. |

What if I’m a BROKER, how do I participate?
|
| You’ll need to log into the site with your user name and password, proceed to Step 1: Fill out the Questionnaire and MAKE SURE THAT YOU MARK THAT YOU ARE A BROKER AND THE COMPANY THAT YOU WORK FOR (not just the manufacturer name). Hit Submit when you’ve completed the questionnaire. CVS will get back to you on your appointment status within 7 days. |

Can I meet with multiple Category Managers?
|
| Yes. As long as you have products that fit under multiple categories. |

9.
I've already met with CVS in the past (more than 12 months ago) and got turned down. Can I still participate?
|
| Yes, but you still need to get approved through the questionnaire process on Step 1. |

I do business with CVS in certain categories, but have items in other categories. May I participate?
|
| Yes. |

11.
I've done business with CVS in the past, but have no current business. May I particiapte?

| Yes. |

12.
Can I bring samples?
|
| Yes, but keep in mind that there will NOT be time or a place to set up any displays or samples. Please bring a sample that represents each of your product lines and not a sample for each and every UPC code. |

Are Samples required?
|
| No. |

Do I need to bring a sample of every item?
|
| NO. There will be no time and no space to set up your samples. Therefore, please just bring a sample that represents each of your product lines and not a sample for each and every UPC code. |

Can I ship samples and where do I ship to?
|
| You cannot ship samples ahead of time to the convention center or to CVS headquarters. If you wish to ship, you’ll have to ship to a hotel that you’re staying at. |

16.
What additional items do I need to bring and/or fill out to prepare for my meeting?
|
| You need to be as prepared as possible with information about your products. Please make sure you have pricing information available. |

17.
What time do I need to arrive at the Rhode Island Convention Center for my meetings with CVS Category Managers?
|
| Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your meeting time to check in. |
| |

18.
I've been placed on a "Waiting List" - what now?
|
| In the event of a supplier cancellation, the next person on the Waiting List will be slotted in the time slot. CVS may add Associate Category Managers or other Category Management representatives to meet with you based on appointment demand. You will be notified by email should an appointment slot become available. |

19.
I need to CANCEL my appointment. What should I do?
|
| If you should need to cancel an appointment, you need to cancel no later than April 30th under Step 2 on the cvsopenbuydays.com site: Click on Review Schedule. You will see a Cancel button, next to your appointment time. Click that cancel button and you will be prompted to make sure that you are certain that you want to that particular appointment. Click Yes to cancel. You will need to do this for each appointment that you wish to cancel. |

Can I request a specific date and time for my appointment or change my appointment time once I receive it?

| We’re sorry, but we can’t accommodate specific appointment time and date requests. You will automatically be slotted into the next available appointment time once you are approved. |
